Guys, today i received this survey mail, and as i was browsing through the questions i accidently submitted the survey with wrong details. I mailed to ilp.support@tcs.com, and tried contacting to the toll free number which is in engaged for a long time.

As you can see in the video, the indirect light goes completely black on play
I'm using Mixed Lighting, Lighting mode is Shadowmask. What is the issue?
