How much vomiting is too much?
Hi, I recently went again to new psychiatrist after long break from having very bad experience with my previous one.
I stopped taking my previous meds, because I was stupid, around 1.5 years ago. It was paroxetine and lamotrix and I was taking those for 4 years maybe? No side effects beside them not really working for me, so my new psychiatrist prescribed me brintellix 10mg and lamotrix again, 25mg
I was told brintellix is similar to paroxetine and since it was fine with me previously, it should be fine now.
First day I managed to not vomit but I was hella miserable whole night and couldn't sleep at all.
I'm taking it in the evening
Second day is today and I took it about hour after eating light salad. I was lying miserably for 2 hours trying to keep that in but I finally vomitted once, then twice then trice and there's no more left beside vomitting water and stomach acid. Did the pill even get absorbed??
I heard that nausea is expected, but should it go that far? I'll try call the doctor but I have visit next month and there's no fucking way I'm taking it the third day. I hate vomitting so much and it comes with huge headache.
I don't know what to do really and I write it crying over the toilet vomitting again:(
