Why do people shutdown the idea of a JFK conspiracy given the points below?
- JFK's brain went missing.(This to me is completely outrageous)
- Contradictory witness testimony of gunshots(confusion, panic, sound echo affect testimony, but if 15+ people are saying they saw/heard a shot from the knoll then there was probably a shot from the knoll. This is just common sense.)
- Found location of 2nd bullet is sus and it's only deformed a little on one side(some researchers say that deformation matches damage caused by the firing mechanism. a bullet lodged in someone's thigh usually doesn't just fall out on a stretcher)
- Even with the jump seat included (still undetermined what the actual positioning was), the 2nd bullet is still an insane and abnormal shot.
- Oswald's nitrate test doesn't support rifle ballistics or even handgun firing.(nitrate only found in palm.)
- Oswald's public reaction(surprised,"patsy")
- Oswald's own assassination by Jack Ruby(mob ties)
- Zapruder film is unreliable evidence. (poor film handling, NPIC testimony, independent research suggest tampering, Hawkeye-CIA affiliation)
- Zapruder film doesn't prove or disprove sequence of shots and reactions
- Secret Service was terrible.(Driver has a lukewarm IQ. Film from love field. etc. etc. Everyone in charge should have been fired for negligence)
- 50-100 suspicious deaths of 11/22/63 witnesses, persons of interest, New Orleans affiliates. (David Faire, Lee Bowers, Earlene Roberts, Dorothy Kilgallen, Gary Underhill, Guy Banister, the list just goes on and on. INSANE.)
- Amount of damage and the body movement from the final shot(Even when you consider a back brace and shot physics.)
- Declined military & state police support for parade.
- Autopsy mismatch and contradictory statements.(most deniers say "they were trying to save his life so ofc they didnt write down accurate reports." Bro was DEAD. There was no saving JFK. Even a dentist could take one look and say yeah nothing we can do.)
- Warren Commission investigators are very controversial picks (with some having motives and/or benefited from JFK's death)
- The amount of important individuals in government/agencies/military/weapon manufacturing who benefited from his death.
- The lack of transparency even to this day.
- Oswald is a known CIA asset - apparently even before going to Russia
- Oswald's participation in the New Orleans CIA funded gun running and training of Cuban rebels.
- Oswald apparently wasn't known as a good shooter.
- First two shots would be heavily obscured by foliage.
- Accuracy and Tempo of three shots from Oswald apparently would require a professional's efficiency.(This is still confusing to me bc some people say it was super easy from that range, but they never talk about the foliage and the timing of all three shots from a standing position. Other people say it's been tested from multiple marksmen and they couldn't replicate the accuracy and timing. So I have no idea here.)
- The context and incentives behind a government conspiracy. They had real motives and reasons to kill him if they did.
- There are probably over 50 more points I could add to list that would warrant suspicion.
- Look, I am not the type of person to believe everything I hear, BUT where there is smoke, there is a fire. And this case has so much smoke that to me -- you would have to be willfully ignorant or just plain stupid to completely conclude Oswald acted alone. I am not saying he didn't or did, but to deny all of the circumstantial evidence and context which there is a lot of-- is completely ridiculous. And let's be honest, given the time of the 60s if they government wants you dead and there to be no evidence-- they can get you easily. No matter who you are.
