Got my girl's DNA the night before she passed, I knew she had some extra crazy in her

I lost my 12 year old Belle to CKD. I can't believe I was able to get a DNA swab from her only about 12 hours before she passed. Some days, like today, I miss her so bad it physically hurts.

Belle was my guardian and protector. I never felt safer than when she was with me. She was so god damn loyal and protective. On more than one occasion has physically defended me and my other dogs. And on the other hand, she was so gentle with all small creatures. She became a mother to all the foster puppies that would come through my house.

Just wanted to share about my beloved malinois mix. Thanks for reading. Give your dog a hug for me please.

Took your advice, hit a handstand PR

Posted just a few days ago and got advice all over the board. Someone told me to just find which of it makes sense to me. Two things that I really took time to think about was stepping down into my kick up instead of forward into it. Another thing was that all the balance should be coming from my hands and shoulders. Randomly gave it a go today in my backyard and it felt awesome. Thanks everyone, reddit can be harsh but I appreciate ya!

(not opening any chat requests lol, I'm just here for handstand advice)

2 months of practice. Any advice? Just keep at it?

Hey all. I've been pretty consistently working on my handstands for about 2 months now. I do a lot of drills against the wall or with a box, I don't really know the names. First video is some wall handstands the next is some free standing practice. On the wall I try to focus on my line, pushing through the ground and being pulled up. That kinda all goes out the window when I go away from the wall haha. I feel like when I try to tighten my core and draw my ribs in, I get pulled straight down.

Is there anything glaring that stands out that I should work on? Should I just keep plugging away? Thanks in advance!
