I had a Boosted Board Stealth back in 2019 and ended up selling it in 2020. Since then, I’ve gone through six different boards, but I’ve always missed the feel of the Boosted.

I’d been hoping to get another one someday, but everything on the used market felt way overpriced, so I could never justify pulling the trigger.

Then I came across this brand-new Boosted Board on Marketplace for just $750 CAD! It even came with a set of Shredlights SL-200s, which was an awesome bonus.

I’m planning to design some custom motor mounts so I can swap the stock trucks for wider ones. I’ll post an update here once the mods are finished!

I’m working on a DIY build using an Ownboard W2 ESC with a belt drive, but I’m running into trouble removing the ESC from its enclosure. I’ve tried prying it loose and soaking the underside (which appears to be bonded to the enclosure’s integrated heatsink) with isopropyl alcohol, but nothing has worked so far.

The ESC is fully functional, so I’d really prefer not to replace it just because I can’t separate it from the housing.
