Yellow light with 3 orange lights.
Rode my board to the gym and was fine. Left her charging there and rode it back home just fine but I didn’t see a puddle until last second and rode through it and as soon as I got to my garage, I got the yellow light which I thought man maybe some water got into the electronics so I took everything apart and let it dry out and hoped for the best. Any idea what this means? Taking it apart all the cables and connections were dry.
Then there was 2 🛹
Picked up a new to me Mini X with Blue Cags, metal pulleys. and aluminum skid plates🙌🏽 I have a Bert Touch coming and will try to revive the XR Battery on it. If nothing else I have more spare parts to keep my high miles Mini X running😇

Are there options to buy remote and chargers for it now?
I remember when I first lost the remote and charger a few years ago and everything was ridiculously expensive.
Are there any options to get a remote or charger for this board? Not even sure which board it is or what I’d need to get it going, still has a charge!
An old ironing board makes the perfect boosted workbench! And you can fold it up and take it with you if you need to!👍😎
Boosted Backpack
A blast from the past. I haven’t used this in about 5 years or more years. Had to head out to San Francisco via BART (subway). Typically I just carry the board, but on the way back I’ll need a big backpack, so I dusted this off. I bought this for a flight to Hawaii with standard range battery.
Boosted 105 change
V2 Boosted on V3 deck…. 105s were too big so acceleration was bad … back on 85mm Caguamas and looking at 90mm bees knees that they just released … board feels snappy again …
Changed from 105s back to trusty Caguamas
I had to downgrade from my boosted 105s to the 85mm caguamas I had on my v3. I didn’t change the pulleys, and the acceleration is terrible. I’m considering getting the Orangatang Bees Knees, which is a 90mm option. My caguamas are showing some age, so I’m thinking about getting new wheels. I have a quick question: when should I change the wheels due to wear? So far, there haven’t been any vibrations or flat spots on the wheels. There’s just a tiny chunk off of one of them, but it’s not vibrating. Maybe these caguamas can last this summer. I like the boosted orange color change from the 105s. Anyone interested in buying lightly used 105s? any ideas on what durometer to pick? blue or orange? are blue that much softer?
Does v2 use 6804RS or 6903RS aftermarket rear 2 bearings?
Have some conflicting information between reddit posts and websites offering bearings.
Boosted Stealth For Sale
Selling my boosted stealth in good condition $800 OBO, with original plus calirides 105mm wheels, boosted beams (one front beam missing lens cover), controller in great condition, maintenance tool, original manual, extra truck risers, charger of course (forgot to put it in the pictures).
Only has 218 miles on it, as I only used it to commute back and forth short distances to class. I’m not in school anymore and have no use for it now. It’s always worked perfectly and has been fun to ride.
I’m the only owner. I’m sure battery range has decreased naturally over the years but it’s always been stored charged and topped off.
Idle batteries
How long can you go without using a boosted battery before it starts to go bad?
Boosted 105 mm wheels
Awesome deal 100$ US plus shipping will post on eBay soon or taking offers…. I have a boosted v3 deck with v2 hardware so acceleration was not good… if you have plus or stealth 105s are really good…. I went back to Orangatang Caguamas 85mm to restore acceleration…. Now rides firmer than the vanguard and feels solid … Boosted Straus are also 85mm so might get Bees Knees 90 mm. let me know if want to buy this great set of wheels.
DeoxIt and cleaning connectors
Got two batteries that keep giving me the the yellow breathing light and three middle status lights whenever I connect them.
Apparently that means there is a communication issue between the ESC and the battery. DeoxIt is recommended for cleaning the connectors but I’ve been applying it and can’t seem to get the ESC and battery to communicate.
Any one have any cleaning or application tips for this stuff? Or should I cut my losses and just buy a new battery in the hopes that it will work with the ESC?
Remote connection
Asking for help with my boosted boared V2 I have a two of them and I have two remotes I can get both remotes to work with one board, while Neither remote will contect to the other board.
I believe the blue tooth is out on the circuit board that is in the board.
is there any fix to this or whats the best way to go about fixing it?
thinking about buying a parts board?
Know there are a couple out there, but which app?
Hey everyone - long time lurker first time poster (first post ever actually). I’ve had a my og boosted v2 dual+ for 10 years now and it’s been so useful. I was wondering if there’s a definitive app out there to check mileage. I was just curious because I’ve had it so long and have used it regularly since purchasing 10 years ago.
Caught out on damp roads 😩
rained for like 5 mins then stopped…
I hate riding on damp roads i feel so sketchy like imma slip out hitting the brakes 😂
always loved the sound of the boards 🎶👂🏻
Stealth Motor/ESC Issue?
I've had my stealth for over 4+ years and today out of nowhere the motors stopped working. The remote still connects to the board but when activating the throttle the motors do not spin. I tried trouble shooting a bit by unplugging both of the motor cables and cleaning them a bit but that didn't work. However, the weird thing is when i only plug in the right motor without the left one, the right motor will spin but if I plug in both then none of them spin. I also tried only plugging in the left motor without the right one but they didn't spin at all. Anyone know if this is an ESC issue or motor issue?
