Network upgrade notifications

I'm not asking if this will be a high split or anything like that, I'm wondering if it is normal for them to give you a couple of day notice that you services will be down 8 to 10 hours? The following is what we got.

Spectrum: Network upgrade scheduled for 4/14. Your service and access to 911 with Spectrum Voice will be temporarily interrupted during 8-10 hour work windows.

Spectrum Upgrade Scheduled for 4/14
Hello (name removed),
To provide you with the fastest internet speeds and highest quality service, we will be upgrading the network in your area on 4/14.   Following the upgrade, you'll be able to get the most from your Spectrum Internet for the best streaming, gaming, file sharing and browsing experience.
Here's What You Can Expect:
•   Technicians normally perform upgrades at night, but we have identified that your area requires additional work. Therefore, our technicians will work both during the day and at night to expedite the process for you.   •   During the scheduled upgrade work, your service may be temporarily affected.   •   Provided time estimates for work completion may change. In some cases, the upgrade can be finished earlier than expected.   •   Access to 911 through Spectrum Voice will be temporarily unavailable during this maintenance window. Please be prepared with other options, such as a charged cell phone, in case of an emergency.   •   The upgrade will take place automatically, and your service will return when it is complete. No action is required by you.
You will receive another communication from us when the work begins.

Brave and YouTube question

Hopefully my question hasn't been ask a jillion times. My question has to do with starting a video to play; if it matters I also have other ad blockers running, I am on a family Premium plan, What I'm curious about is why do I have to click on that red right arrow in the middle of the screen 3 (three) times before the video will play? Edge and Firefox and Chrome one click and it plays.

The other issue I'm seeing is 'oh snap' and have to refresh the page to get it to play, but that happens to the other browsers. I'm on Spectrum and am paying for the 1G / 40 plan, getting 787.83 / 40.08 / Ping ms 39

So that should be fast enough I would hope, the only other thing, when I refresh it either goes back to the beginning of the video OR around 10 seconds-ish back.
