I bought concert tickets and it says I need the 02 venue app to access them, however the app keeps crashing whenever I click on it. I have tried deleting and reinstalling, restarting my phone, cleared cache etc. but still no luck. I have read that the tickets are available through axs, but they have not appeared, however I have 2 other concert tickets on axs for a later date than the former concert. Also, I have contacted them and they're not of any help
