Another written refund promise fraud. Amazon has now gone to dogs committing systematic breach of trust
I ordered a pan on Amazon on 19th April.
The delivery guy didn't call or even message and marked the order delivered + handed over to security guard.
I went to check the same day. Boom nothing
Raised queries the same day, no response. Reached to agent via chat. Intentionally made difficult to connect to agent. Agent gave a written promise we will resolve or refund by tomorrow. Forward to 24th April, nothing happened.
I went to nearby buildings checked every building security and luckily found package in one of the building. Their written promise means nothing. They don't even bother to reach back. How difficult it is to ask delivery guy where have to delivered or track missing package. Imagine what if a 50k item vanish like that.
The written promise is fake. This is not one off case. It is the new lowest benchmark that not even flipkart could think. They are systematically doing this now as they don't care for customers now. They also know only a few would go to courts. It's worse than meesho now. Amazon has gone to dogs.
