Hello, planning to transfer to UPOU AA Digital arts and Design

I would gladly appreciate help from former Thomasians or any kind of info

Galing ako UST today to process ung TOR but instead they gave me some kind of reply slip na I need to give to UPOU then back to UST. Idk how is that gonna work bc LB campus ng UPOU diba tapos saka nila irerelease records. I am also unable to call UPOU at the moment bc wala akong landline for Laguna calls. Eh diba ung requirements kelangan imail? Need help for this, super naguguluhan ako huhu tyia
