Been on MJ for about two months, after being on Ozempic since mid-2024. Weight loss is just over 40 pounds. Started 7.5 right before a trip to Vegas and LA/Disneyland this week.
It’s crazy to remember what a difference this makes both visually and physically. I walked about 8ish miles every day. My knees hurt so much less than past trips and I had so much more energy. The ability to do a park open to close hasn’t been a thing for me in a long time.
Also nice was that I was able to not worry constantly about being hungry, needing to eat, etc. I grabbed a snack when I was hungry and it was all good. The only issue was a day where I didn’t have enough protein and had to stop and grab something to round out my lunch.
Thankful for positive changes!!!
