I pulled a card during a break valued for at least $400. It was definitely the best card pulled out of the whole thing and I also pulled another less expensive card.
The package arrived today and it was the two cards in top loaders in a small bubble mailer.
No cardboard, no ding defenders, nothing. I’ve received plain white envelope $5 cards with more protection.
I could potentially be slightly jaded because the USPS lost a PSA 10 Ohtani RC which I had to open a ticket with eBay for (it was luckily found) and I received a low numbered prospect card I ordered that had been bent in half and broke the through top loader.
The seller has great reviews, all 5 stars with people praising their quick turnaround and even their packaging.
As an eBay seller, I know how much a ding to your rating can hurt.
Should I just message them on the side letting them know I was disappointed in the packaging? Should I leave a review and mention the poor packaging? Am I over reacting?

Stopped responding after money was sent. Stated they were house sitting for a friend but would ship when they got home Saturday.
After multiple attempts to contact them with no response, I initiated PayPal G&S refund. The claim was closed in my favor and refunded in full
