I’ve been revisiting a lot of old RPG soundtracks lately and it got me thinking about how much they overlap with dungeon synth in terms of atmosphere and composition especially the more minimal or darker tracks

Curious how much of a connection you hear, if any and also what are some of your favorite old school RPG soundtracks?
