
Rockstar Support won't solve my problem!
It has been a long time from now since I try to recover my old account in which I have GTA5 and all my online achievements and I still cannot get a proper help from the support.
I keep getting forwarded to useless links to try and solve this issue myself. I am aware of the problem that I have and if I could solve it myself I would not submit a ticket so do not bother sending me links to other stuff to resolve my issue. I own this account from a long time now and I also have other games in it. I still use the same Epic Games account but I just have lost access to the 2FA used in this email for Rockstar account and I am not able to recover it. I know that it is a very easy step for the support to remove it if I confirm that this account owner is me and I am ready to give the details to prove that this is me!
This account is linked to Epic Games in which I still have access and play games. When I open GTA 5 via Epic Games, it won't require any Rockstar login and I can play the game. If I try to open Rockstar Launcher via Steam (so I can connect my ps5 controller and play with it), it will require login, for which I can log in since I am able to reset my password via the email that I still own, but I cannot have access to the 2FA.
I also find it funny having conversation in the email that I am requesting for help in 2FA...
Please stop randomly closing tickets if you can't help
