Wanting to move to Aguadilla

Single mom, 2 kids, we probably know a total of 100 words in Spanish. I really want them to go to Froebel Bilingual School in Aguadilla and we're done with the mainland hustle. We are willing to give our all to learning Spanish, want to go somewhere where we'll feel welcome that's community oriented. Because the kids are still young (5 and 2) I thought the younger I could get them over there the better. I'm Black, my children are half white, half Black. We don't really have any ties out here, we live close to Washington DC and everything is so competitive. I don't know why I'm drawn to Aguadilla but it's at the top of my list right now. Any advice, tips, comments, concerns, things I should consider? We love beaches, warm weather, libraries, museums and just being outside in general.

Am I crazy? I feel like I have nothing to lose and a lot to gain. I've tried Arkansas, Washington DC, Texas, Colorado and Virginia and just don't feel a fit.
