“No snore” position great for husband but killing me
About 6 weeks ago, we started sleeping on an adjustable bed with a new mattress (doctors best, soft). We’ve been using the “no snore” position. Husband has sleep apnea and it’s been working wonders for him.
However, I am having some of the worst lower back pain of my life. Sleep store suggested a firmer mattress but our old bed was a cheap Amazon memory foam mattress that was very soft. So I have a hard time believing that would help. We went back and I laid on half a dozen other beds in the “no snore” position and they all hurt.
We can’t upgrade to a split king because we live in a tiny house and there’s literally not room for it.
Throw your thoughts and suggestions at me. I want him to keep getting solid sleep but I can’t take much more of it!
