5 years after quitting the tanning industry (management) and how I’ve treated my skin since

I (31F) enjoyed tanning in my 20s to prepare for beach vacations and wasn’t sure what to do after early graduation…so I made a career in the tanning industry and corporate management from age 21-27. I pivoted to working in cosmetic derm sales and had the following done in 2021:

(8) Clear + Brilliant txs

(6) IPL tx

(2) Hydrafacial

(3) Fire and Ice laser facials

3 rounds of Botox

2 round of lip filler

1 round of cheek filler

I do not tan anymore and my job operates underground, which has now lead to me in my 30s and my current skin! I only wear eye makeup and do the following every day:

Tretinoin 0.5% (2024-2025)

Tret 1.0% (current)

PfectA SPF 50+

Derma Made medi wash

CosRX advanced all in one cream

Glymed comfort cream (night)

Evian facial spray (if dry)

Hypochlorous acid (if at gym)

Besides scheduling some time with my dermatologist and doing laser or chemical treatments, how can I improve my appearance before I can commit to dropping $$$? I have always had fine lines around my mouth and cheeks even before filler.
