For my dissertation, I’m researching how personality traits shape the way we cope with stress.

_We all handle tough situations differently , I want to find out which traits lead to which coping styles, how that relates to anxiety, and if there are differences between men and women._

The survey takes about 10 minutes. Participation is completely voluntary, and all responses are anonymous and confidential.
