I have no idea if I should be posting this here. I'm not looking for advice or anything because it's probably not a broken elevator.

It's from a condo in my city. It's not exactly concerning but you can imagine when I have evening classes in college, it'd freak anyone out the first time it happens. It only happens in one elevator specifically, so I'm assuming the maintenance team probably just forgot to check something when they did a regular inspection.

I have to wonder, is this something that happens sometimes or is my condo haunted? (lol)
