Basically I want to conduct a market research on real estate by talking to several people and organizing focus groups. I need to build data based on this and unfortunately it’s not enough to just send a multiple choice survey as I’m looking mostly to have discussions and understand people’s perspectives and frustrations with the current real estate journey.
I’m wondering if there are any companies who do this. Or if anyone is in a similar boat, how did you go about validating your idea and conducting your research. I know some of you will say to talk to people online but it’s more important to talk to people in person / organize zoom call for us. I’m also open to providing incentives to people, but I’m just struggling on where to find people to talk to.
Am open to any suggestions you might have and what worked for you.
