Week 2 of Reta — stay at 0.5 or increase?
Hey everyone — I’m about to start week 2 on Reta and could use some guidance.
I started at 0.5 mg and so far I’ve noticed very mild food noise reduction and I’m eating a bit less at meals, but nothing major. No weight loss yet.
Trying to figure out what makes the most sense for week 2:
• Stay at 0.5 mg a bit longer
• Increase to 0.75 mg
• Go up to 1 mg
I don’t want to rush it, but also don’t want to stay too low if I should be titrating up.
Would love to hear what others did early on and how quickly you increased. Thanks.
