What pace is my easy run?

Did a lactate test on a treadmill and i have the same lactate at 5:30min/km and 4:37min/km (1.7mmol) but my heart rate at 5:30 is 130bpm and at 4:37 is around 150bpm.

I have 31:30 at 10k pace.. don't ask me how i have this high heart rate in zone 2 but yeah... I don't know at what heart rate should i aim for, 130bpm or 150bpm

Need help from experienced cyclists

Hey everyone, I bought an indoor bike (a MERACH S26 from Amazon) and I was wondering if it’s normal to get DOMS even after easy rides.

I did an FTP test and got 223W, so lately I’ve been doing 40–45 minute easy rides at around 130–140W, which puts me at about 110 bpm.

I’m mainly a long-distance runner (31:30 10k), so I bought the bike to increase my aerobic volume without the impact from running.

Do you think the saddle might be too low, or is it just a lack of cycling-specific muscular adaptation? I’d like to use the bike regularly alongside running, but these sore legs are making it hard to run fast afterwards.
