What exactly am I missing?

Hello, Bully subreddit; I come with a question that has made me irked me for a while; how do I *actually* hundred percent Bully? I have followed three guides, but none did up the completion to a hundred percent.

I am playing on the Steam version of the game with Silentpatch installed as a fix, if this is anyway related. I want to thank you in advance for any assistance with this. Personally, I think the percent has either to do with the patch or me having to unlock more secrets in the game, but I may be horribly wrong.

I thought about it the day I posted that post, but by then my internet was out, and it was like that for a whole week. I could only nao do something about it. And I am not letting this slide!! Especially after they knew I was becoming more dependent on them and decided to leave without a word!!!!! Face me!!! I dare you!!!!
