Scam check - recruiting

I was contacted by a recruitment agency for a Civil Engineer job in the Netherlands under the Highly Skilled Migrant (HSM) visa.

I am a non-EU citizen.

However, the minimum salary threshold listed by the Dutch immigration authority is €5,688 per month (I was this in the official website ), while the agency is offering €4,000 per month ( am okay with this salary)

I understand that salaries below €5,688 won't qualify for the HSM visa as written in the IND website. But the agency claims it is still possible, saying the government threshold applies only to high-level professional roles.

i want to check what they are saying is technically/ legally possible.

My questions:

Is it possible for a non-EU Civil Engineer to get an HSM visa with a salary of 4,000?

Hope - Can UPDA change your career growth 📈

Hello Guys,

I just want to ask you something. I am a civil engineer.

I am planning to take the UPDA Grade B exam.

What I am asking is, with the UPDA Grade B exam certificate, can i expect a salary of 10,000 & above ?

from what I know outside qatar, other countries, when you have a government certification like this, it's a standard ( like an common practice) to give a minimum a standard salary. hope you understand what I meant

So with UPDA grade B certification, can i expect a minimum standard salary ? like instead of 6-7K can i expect something above 10K ?

If you get what i meant, kindly share your experience.
