For those of you doing GBR, how long is it taking you?

Recently started doing GBR and I feel like it takes forever. A recent case took nearly 3 hours. How long is it taking you guys?

My patients are awake, typically nitrous and maybe an anxiolytic, which probably doesn’t help the procedure time.

New to me. First boat. tracker Grizzly 1848

Miscalculated how deep the garage was and how long the boat and trailer is. I’ll have to remove the motor to get the boat in straight. Came with a 25hp merc, duck blind, and a cover. 3500. How’d I do?
