I just got a 3 month old puppy and took her to the vet for the first time and they noted a displaced vulva. I unfortunately did not get insurance before this first visit. They said it can make her prone to UTIs. If she gets a UTI in the future, will it not be covered because she has a displaced vulva? Is it considered a pre-existing condition?

If she got a UTI, can I ask the vet to write it is unrelated to her displaced vulva in the note or is that even necessary?
