I am helping my father in law to get all of his old videos into digital format. He has it on various types of media (DVD, VHS, Super 8, etc). They are all labeled with dates so we would like the files named the same as the originals also.
Does anyone know a place in the area that could help us?
40+ low B class woods rider here. I decided that this will be the summer that I fix my body position on my bike. This is the only video I have of me riding this week. I’m getting much better on the track and on the trails with being in a good attack position, but I can’t find the sweet spot on hillclimbs.
I got up a lot of steep climbs but it was a bit of a rodeo trying to balance between maintaining traction and lifting the front.
This video is from when I was very tired at the end of the day, so I know how bad it looked in this instance, I’m more looking for tips overall for hillclimb body position.
Anything that all the sudden ‘clicked’ and helped you maintain good position in the steeps?
