Managed to fully commit on completing the slowest trawler in game and can confirm max trawling catch is 1 fish per second.

You will not want to play the game without engine on. Game is painfully slow. Rushed my way very slowly back to dock to have my engine installed. 🤣🤣🤣

Finished the game 100 percent while waiting at anchorage somewhere in the Atlantic.

Is there any similar game you guys might suggest I should try? Wished they made another similar game or additional DLC.
