Move-out sale, everything must go! Almost new furniture

Hi! I am moving out of my apartment in Fort Greene near Atlantic Terminal because I am pregnant. I'm moving back in with parents so I am trying to get rid of essentially all of my furniture. They are all "like new" because I bought them in March, used them for only 2 weeks before I got the news and moved back in with parents.

Everything must go by Saturday, May 23rd!

Happy to answer any questions about the furniture.

Hi fellow NYCBWTs, I'm looking for a female working professional to take over my half of the apartment lease (~15-month lease: May 15th or June 1, 2026 - Aug 31, 2027) in a 2BR/2BA luxury apartment.  You can move in as early as April 25th at no cost (April month already paid for) or earlier if you want to buy the furniture since I won't have to move them out or try to sell them elsewhere. Will sell at a steep discount. I'm moving because I am newly pregnant so I am moving to be closer to family!

Also happy to coordinate an in-person visit or FaceTime with me and roommate to show you around.

***Terms:
-Available: May 15th, June 1st (but early move-in available ASAP if desired, willing to split May's rent)

-Duration: ~15 months (until Aug 31, 2027) -- lease takeover

-Rent: You pay security deposit and half of the total NET rent ($5,630 divided by half = $2,815 per person per month). We paid total gross rent for the first two months so that the rest of the lease is total NET rent for the rest of the lease.

-1-time security deposit: $3,200 (based off of the original total gross rent of $6,400). Option to renew lease at the end.

-Rules: no pets (pets can visit but roommate is afraid of dogs so you'd have to coordinate when she's not in the apartment), no smoking, no drugs.

-Electricity: Con Edison, monthly so far is about $50-65 total (divided equally between you and roommate). No gas or hot water.

-Internet and renter's insurance: handled by roommate, about $30 a month total or so.

-Salary & credit requirement: same as all NYC apartments, 40x the monthly rent (so at least 112k or have a guarantor who makes 80x) and good credit. Since this is a lease takeover, we would go through management!

***Roommate:
-Current roommate is an early 30s female resident physician at a nearby hospital who works 5-7 days a week and is awesome, friendly, laid-back, and clean!

-She prefers someone who is mid-to-late 20s-30s and is mature, clean, respectful of shared spaces. Occasional overnight guests are ok but just communicate dates/times.

We both moved in 2 months ago and haven't had any issues with the building, amenities, safety. There's a community feel to the building because there's a group WhatsApp for the tenants in the building and the Super and Maintenance guys are accessible by text/phone. They've been really nice and helpful when I needed help moving in. We both have really loved living here.

***Apartment:
-Rent: $2,815/person per month (total net rent $5,630 per month until end of lease; total gross rent is $6,400).  Security deposit is $3,200.

-Room: Private bedroom with your private bathroom.

-Furniture: Unfurnished or if you want to buy the furniture, will sell at discount (everything is less than 2 months old and used for 2 weeks max: full sized Ikea bedframe Tarva, Purple mattress, Ikea Pax wardrobe, dark green blackout curtains, custom wooden desk, wire basket storage unit in closet). Furniture is all new, I barely moved in when I realized I was pregnant and have been staying with family due to nausea/other pregnancy symptoms.

-Apartment features: Brand new luxury building (we're the first tenants in the apartment), in-unit washer/dryer, balcony, and high-end finishes for fridge, electric stove, dishwasher. We also got a microwave, air-fryer, toaster, and TV.

***Building: 151 South Elliott Place
-Amenities included: rooftop terrace, outdoor patio with grills, lounge chairs, gym with sauna and yoga room, movie room, coworking lounge with private conference rooms/solo conference rooms

-Bike room, laundry room, on-site garage ($450 per month, indoor/heated garage)

-Located on a quiet street with moderately easy street parking (I was able to find a spot every single time I was looking around 7am-10am, 3-5pm and 7-10pm).

***Location: SUPER convenient
-1 block from Atlantic Terminal (B, D, Q, N, R, 2, 3, 4, 5, and LIRR trains) and shopping center (Target, Uniqlo, Bath and Body Works, etc).
-4 blocks away from Whole Foods
