Microsoft data centre

Microsoft's plans to build a $1 billion data center in Kenya have stalled indefinitely due to a lack of power capacity in the country.

In order to run the data center, they'd have to completely shut off power in around half of Kenya.

Are customer events actually worth all this effort?

We are pressured contantly for in person customer events.

I get the relationship side of it is great but the planning workload feels huge compared to webinars.

Is it really worth the hustle?

For several destinations and tight schedules would you book private travel or just commercial flights?

If you are constantly moving between cities, would you consider using a private flights when missing a meeting would be very expensive or is this still unrealistic even at higher income levels?

Approval workflow automation for launch checklists

I’m solo but work with contractors for design, copy, and QA. Launches get messy because I’m the only approver and I forget steps.

I need a launch checklist that requires design approval on assets, copy sign-off, and QA pass before I can deploy. If any step is pending, block the deploy and tell me who. If approved, post to X and email users. I don’t want to adopt heavy PM tools. It needs to be a checklist that enforces itself.

How do you ship without missing steps?

How are ai seo services adapting to the rise of answer engines?

I’ve been monitoring our search traffic, and it’s clear that traditional clicks are being replaced by AI-generated summaries. Our analytics show a 30% drop in organic CTR, even though our rankings are stable. I’m looking for ai seo services that focus on geo.

The problem is that most tools tell me how to rank on page one, but they don't tell me how to get cited as the primary source in a chatgpt or perplexity response. We need to figure out how to structure our content so AI models actually pick it up as the definitive answer. Has anyone found a strategy or service that helps track brand mentions within AI summaries?

I’m part of an early-stage startup, and we’ve been debating whether to invest in LinkedIn marketing services. It seems like a strong channel for b2b, especially here, but building traction organically has been slow.

The main concern is budget, we need something that delivers measurable results, not just visibility.

For other those who have tried this, have LinkedIn marketing services been worth it? Did they actually help generate leads or partnerships?

Trying to understand whether jet cards are useful or if they mainly lock people into spending more than they need.

For people who’ve looked into this, when does it actually become worth it?

I’m trying to build an AI agent-based system, but most demos online feel more like controlled environments than real autonomous systems.

In real AI app development, how do you handle reliability, task chaining, and error correction when agents start making decisions on their own? Curious what’s actually production-ready versus experimental.

I have tried making them for years now, I would have shared pics here, but they are a little too embarrassing.

Now I have a genuine question, how do you make them. Anyone with a beginner friendly recipe.

I appreciate all the help I can get

We run monthly NPS and customer satisfaction surveys, but the data just sits in the survey tool because no one has time to move it into our CRM.

I need survey automation that takes the responses and automatically updates the customer's profile and flags high-value detractors for immediate follow-up. I want our surveys to drive action, not just sit in a dashboard.

AI coding tools have definitely sped up how fast we can write features. But when I step back and look at our actual lead time for changes and deployment frequency i found out the the overall engineering velocity hasn’t moved nearly as much. The real bottlenecks now live after the code exists, flaky test environments, PRs sitting forever, security scans, and getting things safely deployed. I’m tired of watching the same handoffs kill our momentum.

How do I make the post-code part of our software delivery lifecycle stop dragging us down?

There is too much history to this building, from it being the tallest in Kenya when it was built.

Does anyone know why it's in close proximity to the Murumbi gallery?

We finally found a place that checked all our boxes, but during the final walkthrough, there was this faint damp smell. Our agent brushed it off as just an old house thing, but it was eating at me. We ended up getting an inspection even though the market is moving so fast right now.

Turns out, there was a significant moisture issue behind a finished wall that would have cost us five figures to fix post-closing. It didn’t kill the deal because we were able to get a credit, but it was a massive reality check. I’m curious how many of you actually found deal-breakers that weren't visible to the naked eye? Or do most inspections just find small stuff like double-tapped breakers?
