uneven wall
what’s the best way to get this wall looking even, it was wallpapered before and when taking the paper off i presume it’s removed half of the paint so when painted over it’s completely uneven. i’ve tried a smoothing base coat and even trying to plaster around the patches but it’s the whole house that’s like this
