Which pannier/ trunk bag did you choose for 20" folder?

Debating getting a single-sided waterproof pannier or a trunk bag made by kemi moto. Worried about bag clipping ground like pedal strikes. I mostly want one that can at least carry a 2l soda bottle and bungees on outside.

Getting new wheels, saddle and a couple other things. I think it would look better with drop bars but I've already spent too much lol.
