I currently have a store setup with one product, utilizing seller shipping. I’m planning on adding a few more products but I’d like to use TikTok shipping for these, while still using seller shipping for my first product. Is it possible to utilize both methods within one account?

I found a link to an article that appeared to have this answer within TikTok’s documentation but it appears the link to the article is either not working or has been taken down.

I have a shed-type building on my property that was destroyed by a tree. The adjuster came out and I was told that they would give me 44k to replace the building. When the adjuster was here, he said something about how the check would actually go to my mortgage company, and not me directly. I’ve put in claims before and have never heard of this. Is this common? I’m curious how this would work, and what happens to the remaining funds if I don’t spend the full 44k on the replacement.

Newbie here - I know plenty about residential construction, but nothing about steel buildings. Long story short a tree fell on my barn and I received an insurance settlement, and am looking to put up a 2 car steel garage in its place.

I’ve looked online a bit and it appears that there are a TON of companies that advertise entire garages for $7,000 all in, which sounds like a total scam to me. Im looking tor recommendations as to where I should start, does anyone have any companies they would recommend? I’m located in eastern Pennsylvania.
