so i found my roommate online, and we requested each other and we are in a roommate group, but we met another girl who we want to do a triple with but for some reason i can’t send her a request on the housing portal, like she pops up, but there isn’t an option to send a request and she’s not in another roommate group. will we be able to add her somehow at some point or should i email them?
