

17 110lb-115lb 5ft 9.5 dude
Hi I’m 17 and have been both ends of the weight spectrum, when I was 12 I weighed 140lb and went on a diet and went down to 93lbs, in the the last 6 months or so I’ve always weighed around 109/110lbs, I started weight lifting in January and wanted to build more muscle so I started a bulk.
My bulk for the first week consisted of a 200 calorie surplus which I dropped after 2weeks to a 100 calorie surplus as I found I gained 2lb in one week!
Not looking for any praise or anything or saying this is a good or bad way to gain weight but just sharing what a 5lb gain in a month looks like and you can take it either way.
I now weigh 115lb, I will warn you that you will feel slightly flabby but I’m not fussed as I know it will wear off as I continue building muscle, I was under weight before as I’m 5’9.5 but now I’m classed as healthy weight !
