Preferred layout: Ideally Xbox but if Sony layout fits my requirements better then happy to take that.
Types of games: Single player offline games. I don't do online, competitive play, or very fast games like Doom or boomer shooters. On rare occasions I may play fighting games but not enough to care about D pad.
Must have features: TMR/HE, wireless, keyboard mapping, turbo, R4/L4 buttons
Nice to have features: Modular
Dont care features: D pad responsiveness, polling rate, weight, 3.5mm audio jack
What I have considered so far: Looking at various 8bitdo models - Ultimate 2 Wireless, Ultimate 3E. Also Gamesir G7 Pro 8k. From what I heard about reliability, customer service and UK distribution, I prefer to stay with these two brands, ideally 8bitdo. I have also recently considered the new Steam controller.
