I’m an incoming EE transfer that will have either igetc or cal-getc (idk which one to apply for yet) certification. Am I supposed to meet with a UCLA counselor to create a 2 year education plan? Are there other resources to help with planning my classes?

I am no longer going to be going to UCD and am looking for people to take over me and my roommate’s leases. The two rooms are on separate lease agreements. My roommate and I are willing to cover half the initial deposit for each room ($300). The rooms are spacious enough to house multiple people each. WHAT'S AVAILABLE: One private room with private bathroom. Room comes with personal mini fridge, microwave, and privacy door lock, and you'd be on your own Individual Lease.
WHAT IS INCLUDED: Free Xfinity Wifi & City Utilities are free
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED: One-time parking permit fee & PG&E
RENTAL RATE: $1470 for each room

I’m transferring this fall and got into both Davis and UCLA for EE. I really want to go to Davis but am fearing that I’ll regret not choosing the prestige that comes with UCLA. How valuable really is it to have a degree from a major uni like UCLA?
