Tsinghua — anyone got the Commitment Letter via e-mail?

I have my Foreign Citizenship Verification in a couple hours (and my Original Documents Verification in about 24 hours). I see that we need to sign a Commitment Letter, and that it would be sent via e-mail — but I have not yet received it. Have any of you?
