After finishing a previous project recently, I’m back exploring new startup ideas and looking to connect with people who actually enjoy building from zero.

My background is mostly around:

- Partnerships

- MVP building / prototyping

Lately I’ve been spending a lot of time around YC content, founder matching platforms, startup discussions, and honestly trying to understand where the next real opportunities are forming instead of forcing random ideas.

Interested mainly in:

- SaaS

- AI tools

- Web3 infrastructure/products

- Marketplace ideas

Would love to hear what ideas people here are exploring, especially from technical founders.

Recently finished a startup project and realized I still enjoy the earliest startup stages the most: brainstorming ideas, building MVPs, validating markets, fixing messy problems, and figuring things out with a small ambitious team.

I started exploring founder matching platforms and communities recently, but honestly most experiences so far have been pretty disappointing ... lots of inactive profiles, spam, or people who are not really serious about building long term.

Curious where founders here actually met strong co-founders or early team members in recent years.

Recently applied to YC Co-Founder Matching after finishing a startup chapter and exploring new opportunities around AI/Web3/internet products.

Still waiting for approval, but curious about other people’s experiences with the platform.

Did anyone here actually find a serious long-term co-founder through YC Matching or similar communities?

Most alternatives I tried so far seem full of inactive profile and spam.

Would genuinely appreciate any advice or lessons learned before diving deeper into it (already checked their guide).
