hi , so it's been 1 year since I've doing physio and had scoliosis for over 3 years now .. i didn't knew what tender point was and I never had that but after physio and excercise I started getting tender points frequently.. like after 3 months today it's was my 5th it was so bad . so I wanted to ask if u guys also get those and what are the causes..
