Happy Mother's Day! Pancakes with whipped tofu, strawberries and maple syrup. Cooked by my 3yo assisted by Dad.

Uncertain how much assistance required (probably lots), I stayed out of the kitchen.

The curry recipe itself was already so basic that the ingredients were just chickpeas, onion and curry paste. Pretty sure this one wasn't made for you, Nicki.
