For the past 3 years, Ive worked out constantly (5 times a week) however I’ve lost motivation for the past few months as I don’t have any clear goals to achieve.
I used to eat clean and work out regularly however I work out about once a week now and eat whatever I want.

I tried to get into running however I found it boring and didn’t enjoy it.

I’m now trying out home workouts with calisthenics which I do enjoy but there’s limits as I don’t know what I’m doing really.

To make it worse, my brother is working out 4x a week and he runs a lot which makes me feel even worse about myself.

Please can someone give me advice or do I just need to get a grip?

I’ve been through the recruitment process for a company called Prime Manchester.
The hiring process moved fast across two days with a virtual interview and a questionnaire. I have found out that I’m invited to a face to face interview in their office however I’m unsure if they are trustworthy. They have a good social media presence but I still don’t know.

I need realistic advice for a teenager looking to move out asap.

Is it possible to move out of my parents house within one year of being full time? For example, say I was on £20K a year, would this be realistic?

I also have a partner who I’ve been with for a few years who I’d be moving with therefore the costs would be split so is this actually realistic with two adults working minimum wage? And what does the time frame look like?

For reference, I’d consider my household to be toxic and it is very draining to live here which is why I’m so eager to move out.

Im looking for a website or app that can run my ads for me as I have ongoing problems with my meta pixel. I’ve been using adscaled.io however I’ve been receiving unusual orders from them so I feel they may be bots?

Anyway, I just need a website which I can upload my adverts on to and set a daily ad spend while they do the rest.

Anyone got any recommendations?
