First layer is perfect, but second layer fails (Prusa Core One)

Hi everyone,

I'm new to 3D printing and I could really use some help.

My Setup:

• Printer: Prusa Core One

• Filament: Prusament PLA

• Hardware: Stock 0.4mm nozzle

• Slicer: PrusaSlicer (Simple mode)

• Settings: 0.10mm "Fast Detail" profile, 15% infill.

The Issue:

My first layer comes out perfectly. However, starting from the second layer, everything goes wrong. The filament doesn't seem to adhere to the previous layer; it looks "patchy" or "streaky", and the filament eventually starts sticking to the nozzle instead of the print.

What I've tried:

• Purging the filament several times.

• Cleaning the nozzle.

• Double-checking print settings.

• Speed adjustment: I usually print at standard speed, but I even tried reducing it to 50% during the print, and it didn't change anything—the issue persists.

The Weird Part:

The models I’m struggling with are my own designs from Fusion 360. I haven't changed any settings in PrusaSlicer after importing them. Yesterday, I printed a pre-made model from the web, and it worked perfectly.

Does anyone have an idea why my own models would fail while others work fine? Could it be a mesh issue or something in my Fusion 360 export?

Thanks in advance for your help!
