Hey guys, just got a job as an account manager for Kone. What tips do you guys have for me? I want to make friends with the technicians and be a good coworker to them.

I was recently working at another construction company and worked with the mechanics (loved them!) in the field so I’m kinda familiar with the elevator world but mostly new install.
