Mail in autographs?

So my father wants to send in last years Indy 500 ticket to Penske so that Newgarden could sign it, while I’m on board I am not sure if they would send it back, of course we could also try to catch newgarden in person next month (hopefully he doesn’t rip my heart out on national tv) but has anyone tried to mail in for autographs?

The daring Lunar rescue rescue, July 1971

(This is based on a dream I had just last night and a lot of things are going to be stretched so bare with me)

A few days before the launch of Apollo 15 despite having lost the race to the moon the Soviet Union launches a man mission to the moon practically on all prayers, by some insane luck the N1 rocket didn’t have a malfunction, when they reached lunar orbit legendary cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin pilots and successfully lands the lunar lander, however disaster strikes for the orbiter as it looses control and crashes 50 miles away, killing the two remaining crew members. After a few hours of deliberation the Soviet Union swallows its pride and makes a diplomatic contact to the United States requesting Apollo 15 rescues Gagarin, NASA had actually prepared for the eventuality after hearing rumors of the soviets uping their game and had added a docking adaptor to the Apollo capsule. After the lunar lander got back the crew prepares to retrieve the Soviet astronaut getting the adaptor up front. Gagarin docks successfully and transfers over to the Apollo capsule, despite the language barrier he is relived but also seemingly pretty down. A few days later Apollo 15 successfully splashes down. Once again the soviets swallow their pride and publicly thanks the United States and NASA. Leading to potential future joint space missions

Like I said I had to stretch a few things, in the dream it said someone else in Gagarin’s spot but I don’t remember who, so I decided to change it up a little to what if he didn’t crash that jet and continued going to space
