currently, the company is registered under SEC as a partnership. AFAIK, this is not possible under current law to add members. proposed solution to me was to dissolve the company and create a new one as a corporation. this is too much hassle and not something I am willing to go through
any other suggestions from people who have experienced similar?
EDIT: after going through suggestions and talking with another lawyer, it is possible to make a deed of assignment to assign part of my shares to her. currently ongoing process using SEC portal and hopefully can complete from there. thanks everyone for input. it has been very helpful
