lost 24kg (50 pounds or so idk) because i was in a deluded online one sided relationship with a guy who. I thought i was meeting later that year (it didn’t happen.) since then I’ve gained it all back and keep trying to lose weight but im so ugly fat or skinny that I can’t seem to find the will to give a fuck about myself lol. I literally even try to shame myself but it doesn’t work and neither does positive affirmation LOL.
