some additional enlistment notes.

I wasn’t able to enlist yet (still scared lol, not my time), but here are some things I noticed that I thought would be fixed after the mock enlistment, but apparently they have not yet:

• Check your majors if they’re credited. Unlike AnimoSys (where you could enlist then get dropped later if u really didn't take the prereq of the course), AH won’t even let you tick boxes if prereqs aren’t credited.
  • Go to Curriculum Progression. Your prereqs should appear under CORE COURSES, not ADDITIONAL COURSES (GE's dapat nandito or minors).
  • Double-check your flowchart: some old course codes might not match kaya you cant enlist pa the next major.
• Unrelated courses show up in your enlistment tab.
  • Looks like majors from other programs get mixed in. [sabog sya promise]
  • Use Ctrl+F to find what you actually need instead of scrolling.
• No modalities shown. You won’t see if it’s online/onsite/hybrid in the enlistment tab. Plan w/ your backup sections (check them sa course finder)

Just like the reminder on the mock enlistment:

• SAVE AND NEXT vs FINAL SUBMIT:
  • Click SAVE and NEXT to secure your slot.
  • Don’t click FINAL SUBMIT yet unless you’re 100% sure. Once you do, you can’t go back or add any classes during enlistment time.. (except maybe add/drop during adjustmentt). :(
• IF YOU'RE OKAY WITH THE SCHED pls select FINAL SUBMIT. This serves as enrollment confirmation also (like the one we do in MLS). Failing to do this during the enlistment deadline will auto drop u.
• Session timeout: Archers Hub logs out idle sessions after around 10 mins.

TL;DR:

• If u plan to enlist in a major with prereq, check majors credited under CORE COURSES
• Ctrl+F to find courses faster
• No modalities shown on the enlistment tab, plan ahead
• SAVE & NEXT secures slot, FINAL SUBMIT locks schedule/enrollment confirmation
• Don’t leave your enlistment tab idle for too long.
