Why is everyone so shy to speak up about their problems and hold back from a lot of things they want to do because of “shyness” or they are scared about what ppl will say like body problems and sexual stuff

like i see a lot of girls suffering from stuff in their bodies but don’t speak up because they are scared of their parents/ society if they misjudge them, and they have a lot of questions about their self but can’t express their emotions

also men’s mental health they can’t say anything about their feelings because they will be labeled as a “crybaby” and they have to hold back and have no emotions

Why can’t we express ourselves freely, afraid of what ppl will say, afraid of their parents

**afraid of our own feelings**

Everyone is so judgmental saying words like “عيب” for doing the most basic things

Of course, everything is up to God, but why does everything have to be related to religion?

If ur depressed

Go pray and ask god to be better

Any type of mental illness?

You have a “jin” inside of you ill take you to the Sheikh

Ofc islam is not just prayer and fasting it’s the thing teaches us how to eat and drink and talk to ppl even how to enter ppls homes politely

But that doesn’t mean that EVERYTHING has to circle back to it .

والي يقولون فقط لاشكالهم، شلون اتابع رياضه لاشكال الي فيها وانا اصلا ما اقدر اشوف حتى عيونهم لمن يركبون السيارة يعني هل انتم بكامل عقلكم

والي يقول ذا الكلام لي او لبنت ثانيه تراك غبي وماعندك ذرة وحده تشتغل بمخك

ومحد يحتاج يبرر لكم ليه يحب رياضه وهو مستمتع فيها!!

شيء صدق يشيب الراس على تفكيركم الرجعي ذا

My dad is bald not like shiny bald he grows bits of hair but still mostly bald, not our topic

Basically he has a BIG collection of hats and he never goes out without a cap

I always told him that it’s fine going out without a cap and he always told me it’s “embarrassing” to go out without a cap

Should i just support what makes him feel comfortable or help him feel confident in his baldness 😓
