I'm trying to figure out whether this is just a coincidence

My situation:

1. My Discord account was permanently banned under “Child Safety”
2. 3 out of the original 6 violations were later removed after app review
3. The remaining 3 still have no specific details, timestamps, links, or context attached to them.

Recently, an external ODS/ADR complaint I filed against Discord was officially deemed admissible and moved to the “platform response” stage.

Around the same time:

Last night, some of my Discord tickets started showing new “last activity”, my GDPR/privacy request ticket was suddenly marked as solved after partial responses, and today I can't access the ODS portal because the authentication email/code never arrives anymore. What if they deleted my complaint that I have filled weeks ago in ODS without any responses?

I have no other way of seeing it than through the verification code (which never arrives).

Has anyone experienced something similar after filing external complaints against Discord?

My account still has 3 violations and no response from ODS or Discord, I don't know what to do anymore, this situation is driving me crazy

I submitted multiple dispute/appeal tickets about three weeks ago regarding my account.

All of them are still marked as open, but I haven’t received any meaningful response

At this point, I'm unsure whether these tickets are actually reviewed by a human or if they remain in a queue indefinitely.

Has anyone here had success getting a real review through dispute tickets? If so, how long did it take?

Do I need to cancel my current dedicated IP subscription to get another one, or how does it work?

Hi! I'm 25, from Bulgaria. I work from home so I’m on my PC quite a lot.

I mostly play Dead by Daylight (around 2000h), Phasmophobia and other co-op/horror games. I also play some single-player stuff, but I’d really like to find a consistent duo to play with, not just random sessions.

I'm usually around in the mornings and at night (EU time).

I’m pretty chill and not competitive, just want to have fun, but I do appreciate people who are consistent and actually show up.

Outside of gaming I go to the gym and watch horror movies/series.

I speak Bulgarian, Spanish and English.

Hi everyone, I'm looking for advice regarding a permanent ban on a Discord account I've had since 2017.

I was hit by an automated ban for "Child Safety" violations. Discord's automated system sent me 6 warnings. I appealed them through the app; 3 were overturned, but the other 3 were rejected. Seven days later, I received a message saying: "We reviewed your content and confirmed it violates our community guidelines." However, those 3 violations didn't show any specific content or messages, only that the strikes affect my account until 2028.

Steps I have taken:

• Submitted tickets demanding a human review of those 3 remaining violations (No response so far).
• Filed complaints with the BBB and ADROIT (still awaiting a response).
• Sent a "Notice of Dispute" giving them 60 days before initiating NAM arbitration. However, I have since realized that NAM is a US-centric mechanism and might not be the right path for a consumer in the EU.

My question:

Since I am in the EU, is it worth waiting for the "60-day" US window, or should I move directly to the DSC (Digital Services Coordinator)?

I feel like I'm wasting my time with the US arbitration. Any advice would be appreciated.

I also considered requesting access to my data through GDPR and contacting the ECC to claim a refund for the money I spent on Nitro and other digital purchases I made.
